This page covers the healthportrait frame waitlist, not the separate health dashboard. Updated September 15, 2026.

What we collect

When you join, we store your email address, signup date, consent version and a hashed private removal token in our database hosted on Railway. We do not ask for or attach your health readings to a waitlist signup.

Why we collect it

Your email is used for healthportrait frame development and launch updates. Joining does not create a purchase or reserve a paid order. The waitlist does not send an automatic confirmation email.

Leaving the list

Save the private removal link displayed after your first signup. Open that link and confirm removal to delete your email from the active waitlist. It acts as your key, so keep it private. We retain active entries for frame launch communications until you remove them or the waitlist is closed. Backups may retain deleted entries until their normal rotation.

Site services

The marketing page uses no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information such as your IP address. Railway processes ordinary hosting traffic. Short-lived hashed IP counters help limit automated form submissions and expire after one hour.

The existing dashboard has its own login and health-data features. Opening it is separate from joining this list.
